By using Mercari, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mercari.

Account Terms

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are solely responsible for all activity on your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms

Buying & Selling

For Buyers

• All purchases are binding contracts between buyer and seller
• Prices are set by sellers and may vary
• Shipping costs and delivery times are provided by sellers

For Sellers

• You must accurately describe your products and pricing
• You are responsible for fulfilling orders in a timely manner
• You agree to our merchant fee structure as described in your merchant agreement
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Prohibited Activities

• Selling prohibited or illegal items
• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Attempting to hack, exploit, or bypass security measures
• Harassing or abusing other users
• Violating intellectual property rights

Limitation of Liability

Mercari is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and liabilities.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
